Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team

Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and implementation of our projects, providing mentorship to our engineering team, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of software developers, setting clear expectations and providing guidance on best practices in software development, design, and architecture.
  2. Develop and maintain the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  4. Oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software products.
  5. Review and approve code, providing constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and ensure competitiveness.
  7. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes, resolving conflicts and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  4. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  5. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and project management tools.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
